Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Balance may be prepaid with a VISA, MasterCard, certified check or money order payable to "PUNCTUATION INC." Exact shipping charges will be added to the prepaid balance or COD. Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations:
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after Punctuation, Inc. has received the deposit will forfeit the 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance. All goods will remain the property of Punctuation, Inc. until paid in full.
Acceptance:
Client understands the possibility of error. Punctuation, Inc. is not responsible for replacement or refund. All sales are final.
Delivery:
All custom cyclewear orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis. Please place your order early. Our busiest time of the year is from December to May. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
Orders Shipped Outside of the United States
All non-U.S. orders are subject to duty and trariff charges imposed by each country. Punctuation, Inc. is not responsible for the payment of these charges.
Changes:
Once the artwork has been approved no design or order changes will be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
Samples:
Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a credit card deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. When the samples are returned your charge card will be credited or we will credit your account if you are placing an order. Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased.
Logo Placement:
The manufacturer’s logo will appear on all custom garments.
Warranty:
All garments come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace a defective item.

Champ-sys.com collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experience. Champ-sys.com recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. We do not sell or give online customer information to any outside company or third party. Your Credit Card is Safe:
Your credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected. Champ-sys.com uses the most advanced and highest level of online security available today (512-bit encryption). Our Commerce Server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts or codes all the data you enter so you can relax and feel completely secure with your order.
