Champion System Sizing Charts

About Our Sizing — Please Read This First

These size charts are based on estimates only and should only be used as a general guide. We recommend that you request one of our CS Service Packs for more accurate sizing. Custom Clothing is hand made and therefore has a natural size variation. Using a combination of these size charts and CS Service packs will provide a good idea of the size you should order.

About our cuts - these are for CYCLING garments only

RACE - This cut is a more traditional Euro size cut that is tighter and closer fitting.

CLUB - This cut is a more generous fitting jersey being bigger in the arms chest and also longer.

WOMENS - A ladies specific anatomic cut.

Use RACE cut measurements for ALL over garments such as jackets and casual wear. These garmenst are desigend to be worn over jerseys etc.

All our garments are based on our jerseys and short patterns. Keep in mind that outer layer garments like vests and jackets are designed to be worn over other garments, so when in doubt order a size up.These garments are based on RACE cut sizing. For skinsuits and tri suits, we suggest ordering the same size as your short. There are no size issues for our arm/knee/leg warmers and gloves, so order the same size you normally wear. 

How to measure?

Download the size chart you are interested in below. Note the measurements listed. Take a garment you currently own that fits well, lay it FLAT without creases. Measure the corresponding widths on your garment and compare with our size chart. This should give you a good basic idea of how Champion System garments are sized compared to your current clothing - but to be sure order a CS Size Pack!

An Important Note About Our Sizing

If you have time to do so, we always recommend ordering sizing samples—especially if you have not ordered with us previously. If your deadline does not allow sufficient time to do so, please consult our sizing charts below. Remember, for custom orders, there are no exchanges, so please take the time to make sure you are ordering the sizes you need.
